How to participate

To propose a collaboration and allow us to localize your content, please follow these steps:

Send your material
- For books, manga, or comics: send a PDF file;
- For video clips or films: send an MP4 file;
- For video games: specify the format or preferred access method (executable file, test key, or other access form).
Confidentiality Agreement (NDA)
Once we receive your proposal, we will send you a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) confirming that you are the official rights holders of the work and ensuring mutual protection of all shared information.
Publication and visibility
If your product is released by you as free and publicly accessible online, we will publish the localized version (in Italian or English) on our website, according to your preferences.

Financial terms

Erixxx does not profit directly from the works it receives, unless a specific agreement is established in advance.
The first localization project will be carried out completely free of charge, with no financial obligation on your part.

If you decide to continue working with us, we can define a personalized proposal: we do not have a fixed price list, since each project is evaluated individually according to its objectives, complexity, and target market.

Legality and preliminary review

Before acceptance, all submitted works undergo a preliminary review to ensure their legality, origin, and compliance with current laws on copyright and sensitive content.

Under no circumstances will we accept, process, or publish:

Material containing child pornography or sexually explicit content involving real or represented minors;
Content that promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination;
Works that infringe third-party rights or are counterfeit. (Except for parodies)

Erixstudio and the Erixxx project reserve the right to reject any material that fails to meet these standards or raises ethical or legal concerns.

Artificial Intelligence

At Erixstudio, we firmly believe in human creativity, attention to detail, and art as a true form of expression.
For this reason, the Erixxx project will never use artificial intelligence systems for translation, localization, or artistic work on your products.
